Test Your Monitor

Monitor Test: Check Every Part of Your Display

Run a full monitor test right in your browser - no download, no install. Pick a single test below, or work through them in order the way a careful buyer checks a new monitor.

What a Browser Test Can (and Can't) Tell You

Browser-based tests are genuinely useful, but they have real limits. Here's what to expect before you trust the results:

What can a browser-based monitor test detect?

Dead and stuck pixels, color casts, backlight uniformity and bleed, gradient or color banding, and obvious brightness or contrast problems - a solid-color or gradient screen reveals all of these clearly.

What can't a browser-based monitor test measure?

Calibrated color accuracy (Delta-E), true response time in milliseconds, exact HDR peak brightness, and input lag all require a colorimeter, a high-speed camera, or dedicated test hardware. We won't claim a browser test measures these precisely - use it to spot likely issues, not to replace lab equipment.
